A one-stop-shop for health sector construction
Delivering well-designed and engaging primary care facilities to ensure the best front line care experience for local communities.
Whether it be a new multi-million pound complex building, or an intricate fast-track refurbishment, our business is focused on serving the health sector. The investment in the healthcare infrastructure and estate is set to grow and our experience places us in a position to be able to deliver a range of projects for the healthcare sector.
Our experience covers local improvement trust initiatives, public private partnership (PPP) schemes, acute care facilities, primary care centres, research laboratories and diagnostic facilities. Private finance initiatives (PFI), land swaps and hospital site developments.
Our teams are experienced in delivering to our customers key objectives and working in sensitive healthcare environments. We make sure we don’t just deliver a building on time and in budget; we deliver an exceptional customer experience that you would recommend.

Get in touchWorking in a live hospital environment
Having delivered more than £215 million worth of projects in the health sector in the last five years, our teams have vast experience which reduces learning curves on any health project we engage upon to hit the ground running. Our knowledge of working in live environments has helped us take a ‘patient-centered’ approach to design and build, which raises the benchmark standard for delivery on site. It is built around you, our customer.
More recently our teams are working to deliver a mixed patient clinical services and medical education facility for the Evelina London Children’s Hospital, the second largest provider of children's services in London, having been appointed by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. This will see our teams deliver a complex build in a live hospital, combined with the requirements of working a central London environment.
