About the role

You will be working within our Construction Cardiff business, where you will: co-ordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.

Check that all information complies with specified company formats, templates and standards.

Set up and manage the timely compilation of operational and maintenance manuals.

Maintain the documents and drawings providing a full comprehensive traceability of change.

What are we looking for

As an experienced Document Controller, you will have a good understanding of electronic document management systems and educated to NVQ level or equivalent.

You should also have strong knowledge of setting up and using electronic document management systems, knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.

Regular travel to and from sites in the Cardiff area will be required in this role so applicants must hold a driving license.
